Accueillir la peur de ne pas rĂ©ussir đŸ€

Accepting the fear of failing đŸ€

After a one-to-one session, someone shared with me that she was afraid of failing.

I responded to her, referring to fear:
“Welcome it, accept it, and let it pass.”

She then asked me:
“How can I accept failing?”

It’s interesting to notice the shift she made from my message about accepting the fear of failing to her question about how to accept failing.

So, how can you accept failing?

Here’s what I told her:
“By becoming aware that it’s an illusion. You’re at a stage in your process, and you’re receiving exactly what’s right for you to receive at this moment, even if it doesn’t feel that way. The illusion lies there. Your soul is in control, trust the process it has chosen for you to experience.”

When we feel like we’re going in circles, failing, or not getting anywhere, it’s our mind that struggles deeply with this situation.

It creates resistance, adds weight to what we’re experiencing, and worsens what we’re going through.

Some processes are uncomfortable, it’s part of our journey. It can feel very heavy, depending on what we’ve been through.

Recognizing, welcoming, and accepting these processes and stages helps lighten the load we carry on our shoulders during these moments.

Emotions, resistance, tension, blockages, they’re all part of the process.

And it’s not a bad thing.

It’s a sign that we’re moving forward, that we’re growing.

Nature shows us this.

Watch a bud emerge in fast forward: expansion, contraction, expansion, contraction, and so on...

And it grows.

The seasons show us this as well.

So, be gentle with yourself and embrace what you’re experiencing.

As I recently wrote:
You carry much more than you think.

Don’t overburden yourself with guilt, comparison, shame, or anything else.
