This was a truly amazing experience. I wasn't able to stay awake through the entire immersion each time but when it was over I felt such peace. Such rejuvenation. There were parts of me that finally felt safe or nurtured. I didn't realize I still was holding on to some feelings of not being safe or afraid for my younger self. I feel like those parts of me received so much support and healing. Loved this ❤️

This experience was a first for me. An immersion into myself aided by the gentle sounds of the ocean (and Maude 😊🥰) that bring a state of calmness and bring out emotions that were believed to be forgotten. Thank you, Maude, for these 3 days of letting go and for the feeling of lightness that followed. To do again with great pleasure! 😉🥰

This is my first time trying something like this…..an immersion.I basically had no idea what to expect.I thought that it would be some beautiful deep meditations along with some enlightenment.But it turned out to be more and it’s hard to put into words.Doing the immersion healed something in me.A few things actually that I was through working on but one step was left I think.I was strong and was “over” it but I hadn’t soothed the little girl that went through these things.There wasn’t any peace in me around it.Anyway, I feel soothed and at peace for lack of better words to explain how I feel.One other thing, I feel stronger around my natural boundaries where I won’t need to use anger to have them around me.They will just be.If this makes any sense…..fantastic!!

I released so much this morning! I feel light as air!

My mother had a mean streak in her especially for me……my other sisters not so much. A lot came up .

I had to expand the cocoon to get everyone in there. I could see them all. I told them I could now be their momma, their grandma and they called me Meme. I had to laugh!

When we had shared and cried and loved each other deeply we floated to the top of the ocean in our beautiful cozy cocoon that took us to the shore and went and played on the beach.

And again I cry as I type this.

There were five (or more!) of us and we healed together and then played.

I never would’ve imagined this magic would happen for me…….. ✨✨✨✨✨

This was like an advenure, soft, gentle way to surrender. The voice, the music and vortex put me in another dimension; again and again discovering something different in me in process. I felt purification and regeneration of my cells with aloya, firm mental process of deciding, beiing sure what I want and do not want. Yes is wes, no is no.I done the home work and put the statements on paper and worked throught it. I encountered me as baby, helt the process of incarnation and early years trauma. And I allowed joy to become the fuel in my life, again. To burst and accept. Stay open to abandace, without hesitation and doubt.
