Et puis un jour, on ose 💃

And then one day, we dare 💃

We've known for a long time that this or that thing isn't okay for us, that it's not really healthy, not supportive. We know we're losing a lot of energy with a certain person or situation.

But we feel attached to it, we don't want to let go, we don't know how to do it.

Then there's this switch.
✨ This guidance.
✨ This session.
✨ These words we hear.
✨ This example we see in someone else.

And BAM!

It anchors in us: that's enough.

🤍 I am.
🤍 I live.
🤍 I decide.

So one day, we send that message, we take that step, we make that decision.

We want to make our life a light, joyful, nourishing space, so there's some rearranging to do!

There are ties to cut, boundaries to set, dynamics to change:
➡ within ourselves
➡ and with others

When my mind bothers me with "what if, what if, what if" I respond "yes, but so-and-so or such-and-such, fuck it".

The famous "I love you and fuck you" from Marie Imanence, I adore it 😃❤️

It's not disdainful, it's thought out with love, it's simply the movement of coming back to oneself, and refusing the bullshit we impose on ourselves when we don't have to.

❤️ We can love something or someone with all our heart and still listen to and respect ourselves.

It's a journey, a learning process, but it's no longer negotiable.

It's tasting one's power.
The power of decision, of creation, the freedom to be and to choose the life we want to live.

The weight, the weight, the weight, of conditioning, of others' expectations, of social conventions, of proper thinking, of loyalties and legacies, of fears. DAMN. Fuck it.
