Retrouver votre symphonie ✨

Find your symphony again ✨

What’s it like in your head? Is the ballet of your thoughts harmonious?

It’s not about striving for a 100% positive mindset. There’s nothing more effective at creating inner discomfort than this constant false positivity sometimes touted as a remedy for our troubles.

We are made of emotions, and our thoughts reflect our emotions. They too follow a ballet, a dance, evolving on different frequencies across a wide spectrum.

It’s natural.

It’s life.

Contraction, expansion, contraction, expansion, …

🔥 But do you have thoughts that loop endlessly?
🔥 Obsessive thoughts?
🔥 Limiting thoughts you can’t seem to overcome?

🔥 Thoughts that act like wrong notes, continuously ruining your inner symphony?

When you were told as a child that you weren’t good enough to succeed at something, a part of you stayed in that space. You don’t need a highly traumatic event to create a fragmented part of yourself that sends back its beliefs and emotions.

What happens when you think about starting a project?
It doesn’t just knock on the door, it bangs right in!

“No, forget it, it’s not going to work anyway, I’m not good enough, I lack the skills, I’m not going to make it, it’s impossible, ...”

What’s insidious and difficult about our fragmented parts:

➡️ They have a deeply ingrained belief that prevents us from moving forward or realizing ourselves.

The famous law of attraction!
You can force positive thinking all you want, but your subconscious is in charge, and when you have a part that deeply believes it can’t work, you will clearly manifest that in your life, and no matter what you do, it won’t work.

➡️ They seek to confirm and reinforce themselves.

The part in question won’t miss a chance to twist the knife in the wound!
“See, it’s not working, it was sure to fail, I knew it, ...”

And it will look for evidence in your daily life to support this belief.

The smallest thing then becomes proof and drags you down.

✨ First, don’t blame yourself; these parts of you have reasons for being. They need to be accompanied, not blamed. If you blame them, you’ll create an inner war and reap only anger and helplessness.

After journeying and navigating with my inner parts, meeting them, retrieving them, harmonizing them, reintegrating them, I am more than convinced of the power and beauty of this process.

This is what I want to offer the world today: one of my arts is to reach you in deep frequencies that are not accessible to everyone, to decrystallize the memories your parts carry, and to accompany you in reintegrating these parts so that you can find your inner peace, your own divine symphony, and realize yourself, from your heart and not your fears.
